With its own welding and paint shop, and its own mechanical machining, HWS is equipped with leading-edge production equipment for manufacturing the essential system components. Experienced employees make sure that specification and drawing-compliant production is guaranteed. In addition to in-house production, HWS cooperates with experienced manufacturing partners who support our own production capacities if necessary.
In the generously dimensioned assembly halls, we are able to pre-assemble all system components for subsequent final assembly on the customer’s site.
In addition to assembly capacities for mechanical system components, HWS also has in-house switch cabinet construction to guarantee consistent quality for the electrical and electronic system components.
The production and assembly capacities also facilitate the flexible supply of spare and wearing parts, as well as hydraulic cylinders and similar components for equipment in operation.
