HWS supports the local food banks Erndtebrück/Bad Berleburg and Biedenkopf with a donation of 5000 €. The Bad Berleburger/Erndtebrücker Tafel e. V. is happy to get a contribution for the new bus to distribute the goods, while the Biedenkopf association would like to invest the donation in a new location. The food banks are currently literally overrun by new people in need. The capacities of both institutions are exhausted with a total of almost 1300 customers, and another 230 needy persons are currently on the waiting lists.
